What does "pending confirmation" mean within your software, and how do I change the other member’s status to "confirmed" or "active" or whatever – other than "pending confirmation"?

Pending confirmation means the user you added as a member on your boat hasn't logged into the site yet - when you set him up he would have received an email with a link to sign up. Once he clicks on that link and completes the sign up process, the Pending Confirmation status will disappear.

If he hasn't received the email, the user can also just go to https://www.nauticalmonkey.com  and create an account - as long as he creates it under the same email you set for his account, the boat will link up with him and he can start scheduling etc.
