  4. Should a Wait Listed user automatically be booked for a slot cancelled for lack of confirmation?

Put another way, what should happen when a slot is not confirmed and subsequently cancelled by the system and there is a wait list? Should the Wait Listed user be automatically given the slot or should the system give the user who didn't confirm the slot an opportunity to book it again?
