Ideally we would like to have 2 booking slots per day, 10am - 6pm and 6pm to the following day 10am. Is this possible?

Hi - You would just need to change the number of slots from one to two in your scheduler setup area.

This will delete all future reservations, everyone will be notified of the change and told which reservations were deleted after which they can go back in and recreate them.
